Anxiety is actually fear of the future. We create scenarios on our mind that mostly are not true! The unconscious mind operates to perceive threats, triggering anxiety responses. Working with unconscious patterns is crucial for managing anxiety, as positive thinking alone is often insufficient. Neurolinguistic programming (NLP) helps recognize and reprogram these patterns, offering a way to understand and change the automatic responses that sustain anxiety. Timeline Therapy for Anxiety Reduction
Using a timeline therapy exercise to address anxiety by visualizing a successful outcome of a feared future event. We imagine the event's completion in detail, adjust the energetic vibration to enhance the visualization or the feeling of it, and then float forward in time to observe the anxiety disappear. Our unconscious mind believes what we tell her so the experience of the event as successfully completed becomes our truth! Boom! So powerful!
